Guard Fred was spawned in the City of Brotherly Love. He made his way thru all catholic schooling wearing ties and all. It was in the early 80's that he quickly learned to spread love and joy in more ways then one. He found himself in a bad way and made his pilgrimage to the lovely City of Tampa, FL in the late 80's.

Fred being such a happy, busy guy, tried a lot of new things. Some he liked and some he liked even more. After numerous recreations, and being touched by an angel (thru a glory-hole), he discovered the Sisterhood. Now he spreads love and joy in a way that makes a difference. A BIG difference!
